Manage Users
Here, you can manage your access to ReliaBills. Including change your password and email. You can also add additional users.
- To add a new user, simply enter their name and email. You can also manage their access to content by assigning a “Role”. ReliaBills currently offers the following options:
– Administrator can log in to the admin console and has access and can make changes to all pages.
– Restricted 1 can log in but does NOT have access to Account Settings.
– Restricted 2 can log in but does NOT have access to Account Settings or Payments.
– Restricted 3 can log in but does NOT have access to Account Settings and the Communications Manager.
– Restricted 4 is View Only. User can log in but does NOT have access to Account Settings and cannot make any changes or send. - When you click the Submit button, the new user will receive an email with complete login details.
